Liv is absolutely AMAZING. She studies the Word and allows the Word to move her…she embodies it and avails herself for it to speak through her movements. What I loved most was how she encouraged embracing God’s movement language for each individual. Her teachings start with Holy Spirit. She asked questions prior to our session so she could be in prayer on how to organize the session. She let us in movement WITH Holy Spirit and not moving (talking) over Him. She is truly a gem. She provides amazing tips on taking a single move and expanding it. I never felt judged for not looking like everyone else. She caused me to love my uniqueness and grow in it. The class was not lead and follow, but prompt and follow. I learned to be comfortable demonstrating what Holy Spirit showed me in response to the prompts. I look forward to MANY more sessions with her as I continue to grow as a leader.
