Slow Down is a movement experience centered on sustained strength, intentional stillness, and readiness. This class challenges dancers to remain present in extended movement while developing core stability, quad strength, balance, and control. In stillness, we are sustained. In preparation, we become ready.

Endure is a movement experience centered on building endurance for preparation. This class explores how repetition refines the body, strengthens the mind, and deepens impact.

Through intentional breathwork, grounded movement, and balance work, we will train stamina while learning how to use repetition choreographically to intensify storytelling and establish presence.
